Did you know that the Law of Attraction is present in your life? It is there whether you know it is or not and whether you want it there or not. By Michael Losier’s definition, the Law of Attraction is “you attract to your life anything negative or positive that you give your attention, energy and focus to whether wanted or unwanted.” Which then means that if the Law of Attraction is going to work anyways, why not make work on your behalf? By putting your attention, energy and focus on it? Well, it’s not that simple. There are 3 steps in making the law of attraction work for you.
We have many thoughts that go through our head each day, so choosing which ones you would like to focus on sometimes needs a little deciphering. Did you know that 80% of our thoughts are negative? And then we wonder why things are not turning out the way we want them to!
When we use the Law of Attraction to our advantage, many wonderful things can happen. It opens up a whole new perspective on situations and life. When we take the time to focus on the good things that happen, when we are grateful and choose positive thoughts, the doors open wide and we then teach others how to treat us and what we will and will not tolerate. When others know what your thinking type is, they can then choose whether to be around you or not. And if they choose not to be, it is most likely for the better as you are both not on the same wavelength. Surrounding yourself with others that lift your spirit and help rise above the issues, instead of dragging you down and drowning you with their sorrows, can really make a difference in how you see yourself and others.
During my radio debut at VividLife Radio on Life with Direction with Sharon Quirt, the question that was asked was “Is Self-Love Selfish?” and to this there was a resounding NO! Becoming a bit selfish is what we need in our lives, especially to love ourselves. If we do not take the time for ourselves and to love ourselves, WHO WILL? The answer to that is nobody will. Showing others how to love you and treat you, all comes into effect with the Law of Attraction, considering the fact that we attract to our lives everything negative or positive that we focus on. So do you not think that by thinking negatively about ourselves and our life circumstances that we could be getting exactly what we are thinking about? Take the time to choose your thoughts carefully. Some of them come in and out so fast there is no time to “think” but for the thoughts that you recognize- pay attention to the feelings you have behind them and how much attention you are giving them. Are they negative or positive? If they are negative, try changing them by thinking of an affirmation of love and peace. Deal with the negative emotion, then turn it around as quickly as you can. If your thinking on a positive level, keep it up and make sure your thinking matches your emotions on a positive level.
Strong, positive thinking + strong, positive emotion= SUCCESS!

Did you know you have an inner guidance system? Are you listening to it? You know those nudges, inklings, feelings you get when thinking about something or in a situation? That is your inner guidance system trying to yell at you to listen. There are a lot of us that “hear” our inner being but chose not to listen fully. Why is that? Fear. When we step out of what others are thinking, feeling, believing, and listen to what we want out of life or even in different scenarios. We are honoring US! Following our own path to existence. Listening…….Following…..this system brings about change. Why change are you wondering? Well, when we follow are heart and what we truly want, that forms a change in us. We are now not conforming to other peoples thoughts, ideas, opinions, roles. They are all our own. That is the REAL us. Not a projection of what other think we should be, think or feel. When you are with someone one, do you just want a projection of you and not the real person? No, I doubt it.
You expect everyone else to be themselves and honor themselves. So why not you? Things can only improve when you listen to yourself and what you really want. When you follow your own emotions and raise the bar to become your own inner consultant so much more in life can be at your finger tips.
How do I listen to my inner guidance? When given a situation~ stop & take note on how you are feeling ~what sensations are flowing through you? How do you really feel and would like to really respond. Is your stomach tied in knots? Or are you relaxed and at peace? Angry? Sad? Happy? Joy? Elation? Is your heart beating fast? Where do you want this to go? And consequences to face? How you feel about that? Ready to accept it?

We are all unique and have different habits and beliefs. That doesn’t make one person better than the other or one right/wrong. Just our own perception.
