I Know You Can Do It, But Do YOU?

What have you done in your life that you are proud of? Are you passionate about what you are contributing to this world? What would you do if given the choice of following your passion and living your life on purpose and just living on this earth?

Having self-confidence can mean the difference between living on purpose and just simply being – by going out and pushing past our fears to become the person that we want to be and to achieve our goals. Life is full of obstacles, but how we handle them is usually how we feel our life is perceived. Instead of pushing through barriers, can we simply go around them? Make the choice to step aside from the ongoing path of destruction, push past the fears and turn them into achievements!

Just being ourselves shows a lot more courage than putting on another face so that people will “accept” us so we will conform to society’s beliefs of who we should be. Have the confidence to know that you can achieve your goals and mission in life, while not caring about what other people think!

Having our own opinions and showing we are grateful for what life has to offer us can make our time on this earth more peaceful and loving. Now, when I say “having our own opinions”, I do not mean to forcefully make your opinion known to whoever will listen. It’s having the courage to speak out about how we feel about a particular situation. As we all know, everyone has different opinions and opinions are just different perceptions and beliefs of what we have lived.

Our beliefs are just our habits that we have done over and over again, and that is what we base our perceptions on. So, of course, everyone has different life experiences; therefore, each person has a different perception. What we need to do is to put that to good use to achieve the life we wish to accomplish. One of my favorite quotes is, “What the mind can perceive it can achieve!”

I know you can do anything you put your mind to, but do YOU?

Can you imagine a life where you’re frequently happy and fulfilled, with plenty of time to enjoy the things that you love to do? Would you enjoy being in control of your life without the worry of disappointing others so you can be your authentic self? Then working with a life coach may be the way for you to build a bridge from where you are now to where you want to be!

An experienced life coach will guide you in overcoming obstacles that may be standing in your way so that you can openly share your dreams and turn them into reality. She will ensure that the relationship is focused completely on you, allowing a safe place of acceptance so that you have the opportunity to explore your inner self without judgment or limitations.

Do you think you could benefit from life coaching? By answering the following questions, you may discover that working with a coach is the answer to living the life you desire, without trying to figure it out on your own!

Do you…

  • Feel your life is controlled by people who feel you should be doing things their way, as opposed to how you want things done?
  • Feel your life is run by things you have to do, rather than things you wish to do?
  • Know what you should be doing, but have a difficult time doing it?
  • Run out of time or energy by the end of the day?
  • Feel like it has been some time since you really enjoyed yourself?
  • Feel like there is something holding you back from a more peaceful life?
  • Notice yourself stressed out about the future?
  • Feel like there is less meaning in your life than you would like?
  • Think that you’re not living the life you were intended to live, and that there is more to your life than what you are experiencing today?

If you answered yes to some of these questions, you may find that a life coach can help you to narrow the gap from where you are now to where you want to be. You are the only person who can make your life what you want it to be, so don’t wait to start to make changes!

While on the road to a new you, there may be challenges that test you in moving forward. However, by allowing a life coach to guide you in exploring your personal goals while helping you to believe in yourself, the negative self-talk that leads to doubt will be minimized ~ opening up the path to a brand new you and to a fulfilling life that you always dreamed of!
